We are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, wildlife sightings (never guaranteed), or changes to forest department schedules. Liability is limited to the value of services booked through us.
As per forest department rules, safari permits once booked are non-refundable and non-amendable, even if cancelled due to rain or unforeseen events.
