These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Banzaara Vacations website and the tour, resort and safari services we provide. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About our services

Banzaara Vacations Pvt. Ltd. is an independent private travel planning and safari facilitation service for Jim Corbett National Park. We act as a facilitator between you and third-party suppliers — resorts, transport operators, guides, and the Forest Department. We are not the Forest Department, Corbett Tiger Reserve, or an official government booking website, and we are not affiliated with any government authority.

2. Enquiries, quotes & bookings

• All prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and are confirmed in a written, itemised quote before any booking.
• Prices may vary with season, availability, group size, resort category and official Forest Department safari charges.
• A booking is confirmed only after the stated advance payment is received and we issue a written confirmation.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated; availability is not held until confirmed.

3. Payments

• A partial advance (typically 50%, or as stated in your quote) is required to confirm a booking; the balance is payable before travel.
• For certain bookings (for example, Dhikala canter/forest rest house), full advance payment may be required.
• Payments are made through the methods we specify. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.

4. Safari permits & third-party services

Safari permits, zones, timings and vehicle allocation are governed solely by the Forest Department and are subject to official availability, rules and government rates, which are outside our control. We assist with the application and arrangement only. Resorts and transport are operated by independent suppliers under their own terms.

5. Wildlife sightings

Jim Corbett is a natural habitat. Sightings of tigers or other wildlife can never be guaranteed and depend on factors beyond anyone's control. No refund or claim arises from not sighting wildlife.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Note in particular that Forest Department safari permits, once booked, are generally non-refundable and non-amendable.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information at the time of booking, including valid government photo ID for every traveller (required for safaris and check-in).
• Reach the safari gate / resort on time; late arrivals may forfeit the safari or booking.
• Follow all Forest Department rules, resort policies and the instructions of guides and drivers.
• Ensure travellers are medically fit for the activities booked; you travel at your own risk.
• Behave responsibly; we and our suppliers may decline service for unsafe or unlawful conduct without refund.

8. Changes & force majeure

Itineraries may need to change due to weather, park closures, government action, or other events beyond reasonable control ("force majeure"). In such cases we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives, but we are not liable for resulting losses, and supplier/permit terms will apply to any refunds.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care in selecting reliable suppliers, but we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays or deficiencies of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services booked through us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logo, branding, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to Banzaara Vacations and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Banzaara Vacations against any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your failure to follow applicable rules during your trip.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nainital / Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
